Dr. Firth attended the University of Florida for college and medical school and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Arizona, including a three-year integrative medicine curriculum through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. He has held academic appointments with Mayo Clinic and the University of South Florida and has served as a Family Medicine Department Chair. He spent the first part of his career caring for hospitalized patients, which showed him first-hand that a sick-care model isn't in patients' best interest. He is passionate about helping patients optimize their health so they can thrive, and about teaching both patients and other healthcare providers.
