You're Invited: Open House at Our Columbia Infusion Center
Springside Infusion is hosting an Open House at our Columbia location on Wednesday, October 14.
The doors are open from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Come tour the space, meet our team, and ask whatever you want to ask.
The Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting runs earlier the same afternoon, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM.
If you refer patients for infusion therapy, this is the fastest way to answer the question they ask you first: what is it like?
After an hour with us you will have seen the space, met the people who will be caring for them, and know exactly what you are sending someone into.
If you're a patient or caregiver weighing a move from a hospital outpatient department, the same holds. Walk the space, ask about scheduling, and get a read on the place on your own terms. No appointment, no commitment.
What You Will See
- A tour of the center, including where patients receive treatment
- The clinical team on site that evening
- How scheduling, insurance authorization, and coordination with your prescribing physician work

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to RSVP to attend?
An RSVP is not required, but it is appreciated. Knowing roughly how many people to expect helps us plan the space.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. The RSVP form asks how many people will be attending, so let us know there and we will plan accordingly.
Is this event for patients or for referring providers?
Both. Referring providers, practice staff, patients, caregivers, and neighbors are all welcome.
What is the ribbon cutting?
The Chamber of Commerce is holding a ribbon cutting at the Columbia location from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, immediately before the Open House. You are welcome at either, or both.
