About this Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Operations Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of our infusion centers, maintaining high standards of patient care, and supporting the continued growth of our practice. This role requires strong leadership qualities, sharp organizational and problem-solving skills, and a working understanding of both insurance and clinical operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is deeply committed to an exceptional patient and provider experience.

What You'll Do
Primary Duties
  • Oversee infusion operations across multiple infusion center locations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Champion high levels of satisfaction among patients and referring providers by proactively addressing concerns, soliciting feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage and support clinical and non-clinical staff to meet the needs of patients and the business, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure core operational processes and compliance standards are consistently followed; evaluate workflows and recommend improvements as appropriate.
  • Manage facility-related issues as they arise, coordinating with vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders to maintain safe and functional care environments.
  • Partner with leadership to monitor and help manage staffing-related expenses, balancing cost efficiency with appropriate coverage and care quality.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment that supports staff engagement and retention.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for patient and referring provider concerns, responding with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, administrative, and billing teams to support seamless patient care and business operations.
  • Travel between infusion center locations within the assigned territory as needed to provide on-site leadership and support.
What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a patient-facing healthcare role, either as a manager or individual practitioner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including clinical staff, administration, and referring providers.
  • Proficiency in healthcare software systems and electronic health records (EHR/EMR).
  • Ability to travel as needed within assigned territory (no overnight travel required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare management, healthcare administration, or a related clinical field.
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance processes, including prior authorization, benefits verification, and payer relations.
  • Experience in infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, or a related ambulatory care setting.
  • Familiarity with staffing models, budgeting, and operational metrics in a healthcare environment.

Compensation:
$65,000 - $85,000 DOE + 10% bonus eligibility
